Multiple tasks associated to Network Operations involving troubleshooting of Access Nodes, Trouble Tickets handling, Alarms Monitoring, and Incident Reporting for smooth services.

 Level 2 Fault localization and troubleshooting of Access End, like VDSL, ADSL, GPON, VOICE, Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support to Business team for solving complex technical problems, as well as working on customer interface.
