I have professional experience of over 13 years in multinational companies where I have worked as people leader, led multiple teams, worked on projects and most recently serving as a Project Manager. I intend to leverage my strong background which offers versatile problem solving skills in finding business solutions.
I am currently Working on SEDGWICK IT Asset Reclamation and Remote Working Solution projects based in U.S. I utilize project management expertise to drive smooth end-to-end delivery of products and ensure alignment with the project vision. Managing project schedules, deliverables, and coordinating with up/downstream team(s).
Driving requisite project requirements through demand planning tool (Kinaxis) including inventory management, order processing, and schedule management. Monitoring inventory procurement process, coordinating with warehouse and freight management to ensure deliverables are met according to project scope. Reporting on project health and risks.
Reviewing regular project progress and conducting intake meetings with the customer to mitigate possible risks.
S&P Global:
Prior to that, I was associated with S&P Global where I lead the Global Shares Pakistan team in defining, developing, and implementing the roadmap, primary goal was to release the work and deliver the features, assisting in the development of goals, policies, resolution of data-related issues and impediments. Ensured quality assurance and process improvement by rectifying incorrect data points in products. Assisted in identifying customer needs, worked on business requirements from stakeholders, providing guidance to the team, ensuring that milestones/goals are met, and adhering to approved budgets.
Managed work backlog. along-with Keeping ongoing projects on schedule, sending regular performance updates to stakeholders, communicating the status of primary indicators regarding, timelines, and client queries. Prioritized and created work breakdown structures for featured enhancements for end user experience. Worked with up/downstream team(s) to ensure consistency and quality.
