As an Executive Quality professional, I play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products and processes. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and company-specific standards, conducting inspections, implementing quality improvement plans, and supporting continuous process optimization. I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, process optimization, and workshop supervision within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Quality Executive at Shafisons Engineering (BETA PIPE), I ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, lead internal audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S and Kaizen methodologies.
Previously, I worked as an Assistant Quality Manager and Workshop Supervisor at Excel Engineering, where I developed and implemented production control plans, led root cause analysis (RCA), and streamlined manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product consistency.
