• Dealing With banks for customer payments & maturity date/acceptance of export documents dispatched from bank on Letter Of Credit /CAD, DA basis.
• Prepare Bank documents for lodgment and dispatch to customer through bank to bank or direct dispatch to customer.
• Prepare online documents for lefties customer to submission online documents.
• Provide to buyer/agent of all necessary documents as invoice, packing lists, B/L, CO, GSP and others required documents.
• To proceed & arrange shipping payments related to BL.
• Provide shipping documents to sales depart for Rebate & R&D purpose.
• To update customer regarding shipment & follow up payments.
