Utilities & Process operator - Kohinoor Maple leaf group (textile division)

(2019-12)

• Safe and optimum operations of utilities (Boilers, RO, Cooling towers and air compressors) and all related auxiliaries' equipment, within the prescribed operating parameters
• Follow instructions from Operation & Maintenance Manuals of respective equipment
• Responsible for all Lock Out / Tag Out activities of concerned equipment when required
• Maintain a reasonable level of House Keeping of the areas of responsibility
• Start up, Shut Down of Boilers and all other utilities, maintain the routine operations by timely responding and resetting the control Alarms and indications observed during the shift
• Participate and perform in the trouble shooting of operating equipment during shift
• Fulfill Shift Log Book, Hourly Log Sheets and other Data Sheets
• Notify the abnormalities of operating parameters and take adequate measures to avoid tripping/failure
