I successfully managed the Panasonic Batteries business nationwide, overseeing import, sales operations, and distribution deployment. I also spearheaded the introduction of Izmir Turkey’s personal care brand, designing and implementing a robust route-to-market strategy and executing brand activation across various channel. Focusing on effective trade spend utilization, route-to-market optimization, and strategic channel development has enabled me to consistently exceed targets and expand market presence.
