Having Experience with External and Internal Invoices, and other duties and responsibilities.

• Generating Invoices (More than 120) of Hiring Machines for different projects
• Generating Invoices (More than 350) for Hiring Machines for customers of own company M.G.C.C.
• Checking time sheets manually and then in system that all entered data in system is correct.
• Checking check list which shows total hours, time sheet number, driver name and code, agreement number and amount (Per hour, and total invoice amount)
• Arrangement of documents and ensure that all relevant documents (Hiring Quotation, agreement, L.P.O., emails or faxes) is attached with these invoices
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and reconciliation of payments
• Making rates of diesel for more than 600 equipments and enter all rates into ERP system
• Making Invoice of overtime for operators and drivers
• Keeping track of customers transactions and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Entering all invoices in computer for follow up
• Making Journal Voucher, Debit Note and Credit Note
