Utilities and ETP Operation - SOORTY Enterprises

Responsible to look after the operation & maintenance of the Utilities equipment’s/Machinery Power Generation (JENBACKER), Solid fuel Boiler (Chain Grate) & gas Boiler, Compressors & Effluent treatment plant.

Responsibilities also includes to monitor operational efficiency of Utilities equipment, monitor thermal and electrical energy losses and take corrective measures to reduce utilities costing, formulate the CIP and implement loss reduction measure to achieve future goals of energy consumption. Preventive maintenance schedule implementation is ensured on Engine, Boilers, compressors, RO Plant and ETP to provide effective support to production team for timely delivery of product. Responsible to make sure water and Energy management by making sure the GTW, ZDHC and S.O.P(supplier ownership program) requirements.

Maintain the smooth operational record and future goals to reduce the energy costing per unit production. Generate monthly energy costing KPI’s to explore the reduction measure by formulating the future targets
