Dear Sir /Madam,
I did my M.Phil. in psychology from the Pristen University Islamabad in 2018. I worked as a lecturer of psychology in Post Graduate Asghar Mall College, Rawalpindi for two years. I also worked with Sunny Drug Rehabilitation Center Rawalpindi as a psychologist for two and half years.
During earthquake of 2005 in Pakistan, I joined WHO as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and worked for earthquake affected people in different areas of Kashmir and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (NWFP) province since October 2005 to August 2006.
I worked as Clinical Psychologist since September 2006 to October 2007 with Ministry of Health, Govt. of Pakistan. I provided my counseling services to the severely injured victims of earthquake of October 2005 in different medical institutions of Federal Government in Islamabad.
Presently I am working with an Islamabad based NGO Sahil as Senior Program Officer - Counseling since October 2007. In Sahil, I am providing counseling to the children and their families who have been victims of sexual abuse and. I am also supervising Juvenile Rehabilitation Program in Central Adiala Jail Rawalpindi for the last five years.
Apart from all mentioned experience, I attend number of national and international workshops, conferences and trainings on different topics like adolescent health, life skills education, growth and development, HIV AIDS, child protection and child sexual abuse. I hope my multidimensional experience will help me to be a part of a highly professional organization like the UN.
In Sahil (NGO) last five years I am working as a master trainer and conducted the training through out the Pakistan for Elementary and Higher Secondary teachers On Adolescent Health and fallowing topics
