Hello! My Name is Omer Naeem. I am an MBA graduate with majors in supply chain having one year of experience in a well-reputed firm in Pakistan. I have experience in dealing with FMCG and well versed in using SAP, SARP and Microsoft tools.

I am good at making and negotiating demands with the vendors and ensuring constant supplies, inventory management, receiving orders, stock keeping, organizing warehouse space, scheduling labor, managing inventory and fulfilling orders .

I am currently working as a Supply Chain Officer Bread & Beyond, Lahore, Pakistan since 25 Oct, 2021 and following are the duties that I am performing at my workplace.
◦ I work on two different ERP systems: SARP & SAP S/4HANA and have complete knowledge of creating purchase requisition, reservations, creating purchase order, creating GRN and how to park invoices.
◦ Manage weekly schedules of Demand for all 7 outlets of company.
◦ Create demand for the stock from start to finish at the warehouse.
◦ Manage the timely demand delivery to direct vendors at all outlets and then review deliveries against the orders.
◦ I also do inventory management and stock inspection in which I check the quantity, condition and expiry date of the stock.
◦ Do documentation of stock received from the supplier.
◦ I assist and provide support to the purchasing department and procurement team, assisting in the inventory management process, handling material requisition process, supporting in researching prices and performing all other assigned duties as delegated.
◦ I have complete knowledge that how the supply chain works like how to store goods in warehouse and then distribute and deliver with right mode of transportation.
◦ I evaluate and process requisitions and purchase order for supplies and equipment also do data entries of Microsoft Excel.
◦ I also check report of all pending purchase requisitions and purchase orders on monthly basis and assist the procurement and purchasing department to proceed the pending purchase requisitions and delete the unnecessary purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
