Management Trainee Officer | Commercial at Engro Fertilizers (2025-07 – Present)

• Spearheaded the B2C platform Engro Markaz with commercial ownership, defining FY targets and activation strategies that scaled volume from 1,000 MT to 3,500 MT and generated PKR 500M in revenue through process optimization, retail model strengthening, and direct leadership of a field team of 12.
• Orchestrated nationwide expansion of Engro Markaz from 4 to 10 retail outlets by anchoring cross-functional teams and embedding value-added farmer financing options and soil sampling services to elevate the customer experience and deepen market penetration.
• Engineered a comprehensive business intelligence ecosystem by synthesizing field insights from 20 dealer engagements across Sindh and Punjab with transactional records to build dynamic dashboards and analytical tools capturing 15 critical KPIs spanning sales performance, demand patterns, and credit settlements, while automating zonal reports to drive operational efficiency and enable insights from organization-wide to granular levels.
• Led the Sindh TV activation and media analysis for the Engro Zabardast Urea campaign across 5 regional channels, tracking ad frequency, formats and time bands to deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen brand visibility and campaign impact.

Project Trainee | Marketing at L'Oréal Paris (2025-01 – 2025-06)

• Conducted a usage & attitude study on Gen Z & Gen M beauty consumers through retail audits at 10 IMT/LMT/HFS across key Karachi areas, 30 focus group & in-depth interview participants, and 200 survey respondents.
• Analyzed consumer journey for face serum purchases and proposed data-driven strategies to grow the category, aiming to help position L'Oréal as #1 skincare brand in Pakistan.

Intern | Marketing at Young's (Private) Ltd. (2024-06 – 2024-07)

• Conducted 12 IMT and LMT visits to evaluate product visibility, competitive pricing, and BAs' performance, translating field insights into data-backed marketing strategies for Cocoa Spread and Cooking & Canola Oil.
• Developed and presented brand enhancement initiatives for Chicken Spread packaging and Mayonnaise college campaigns while optimizing marketing briefs and collaborating cross-functionally with Market Research, PR, ATL, BTL, Creative, and Digital agencies to strengthen positioning, drive product trials, and deepen consumer engagement.
