Rabbia Zafar

I am rabbia Zafar a Software QA Engineer With 3.5 years of experience in manual and automation testing, API testing, database validation, and mobile/web application testing, I have developed strong expertise in ensuring product quality across healthcare, e-commerce, finance, education, and transportation domains.

In my current role at eWorx International, I contribute to a U.S. health insurance platform by creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, validating microservices/APIs using Postman, and ensuring compliance with CMS standards. I have also worked extensively with tools like JIRA, Postman, Azure DevOps, TestRail, TFS, and MySQL.

Across my previous roles, I’ve consistently delivered reliable releases through regression, smoke, and functional testing while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. My strong analytical mindset and commitment to quality help me identify critical issues early and support continuous improvement.
