• Line Clearance & IPCs in all manufacturing, printing and packaging areas.
• Ensure the products, area and Equipment's are well identified.
• Experience of handling IPC Lab equipment's to carry out IPCs.
• Experience of working and sampling in Dispensing, Granulation, Blistering, coating, Dry powder sachets, syrups, suspensions, injectable etc.
• IPC of Injectables, optical check, DHS & Autoclave graphs, volume check, headspace oxygen check, document review etc.
• IPC of liquids include Torque Test, Volume check, density, material dispensing, packaging check of bottles, P.C, Leaflets, Labels, M.C etc.
• Ensure Dispensing of raw material with accurate weight, labels, tags, batch no like that in BMR.
• Knowledge of Change Control, APQR, Deviation, validation, price list upgradation, Documents review.
