I am an educationist with more than two decades of experience nationally and internationally.
I am an educationist with 25 years of National & International experience.My areas of interest are Educational Leadership and Management, quality assurance and change management , professional development , Curriculum development ,educational research and Evaluation.The diverse exposure as a leader to multicultural environment and systems of education has enabled me to polish my abilities and competencies and execute them effectively to attain the organizational goals of academic excellence .My enthusiasm to work as a transformational leader with a visionary approach and enlist the cooperation of team members has been instrumental in accomplishing the targets of improvement in all my leadership roles.
I am currently a PhD scholar of Educational Leadership and Management and have done my MPhil in Educational Leadership from Hamdard University, Karachi, Masters & Bachelors in Education and Masters & BSc Honors in Physiology from Karachi University. My initial schooling has been from National College of Chouiefat ( then known by this name), Sharjah till grade 8.
