Strict security vigilance of the sites in control room. Control access to the CCTV room, and carry out initial fact findings on CCTV investigations and record incidents. CCTV Surveillance, monitoring & installation of security Equipment’s (Electric work, wiring, ducting, switches, POEs, Networks, XVR/NVR, IP based Cameras etc.) on sites.
Maintain all security video recording backups in control room and on sites as well. Observation of all security cameras and keep them active round the clock. Monitoring the activities captured on the cameras and timely update to authorities of any suspicious activities.
Visit sites to identify the problematic areas and rectify it when necessary.
Customer Services: Assist and Monitor all counter staff to ensure compliance with all regulations for check-in and boarding procedures. Keeping an eye on all matters relating to customer service and smooth movement of the airline customer while at the airport. Ensure that Passenger Services Team is well trained and motivated to deliver a consistent & excellent standard of service to our passengers.
To establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, airport company representatives to ensure that a productive relationship is maintained while abiding with service level agreements. To ensure all Passenger Services functions as required including the identification of legislative, statutory and procedural requirements and ensuring their compliance. Report any non compliance to HQ for the smooth customer service operations.
Maintaining regular contact with immigration authorities, Customs authorities and Anti Narcotics Forces in order to ensure full compliance of matters related to complex passport and visa forgery detection and security procedures.
I have MBA (marketing) degree from Virtual university of Pakistan.
