I am a result-oriented and highly driven professional with over 17 years of extensive experience with PTCL Group in Telecom Retail sales, business development, Business Operations , projects Management, Customer operations, and Network Management, primarily with PTCL ( Sukkur Region, Karachi Region and Hyderabad Region both rural and city across South). RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for resources and team management across Jurisdictions.
• Handling network base of 18k customers and 3k Flash fiber customers and 40M revenue.
• Identifying new sites for GPON planning, designing and feasibilities with optimization of ongoing planning to cover up potential areas.
• Working on cost cutting through resource management, store management and quick win plans through DP extensions in remote rural exchanges.
• Successfully optimized 06 hybrid MSAG from Sun rise Latifabad to uplift LLC network at Umerkot, site Hyderabad, Sanghar city, 15 more Hybrid MSAGs sunset from Sun rise Qasimabad planned to relocate in rural areas to improve KPIs and CHI for the region and 10+ more MSAGs optimized through FF foot prints and ready for further relocation to improve LLC across remote rural exchanges. Currently, working to spare and optimize 3 Hybrid MSAGs from Sukkur to save yearly 1M operational cost and maintenance cost.
