• Receive file from marketing & issue to sampling & production time to time.
• Working responsibility of all and each area of store.
• Making a record sheet of trims out and in the store & factory.
• Thread consumption, order, approval, & coordination.
• Identification of all materials stored.
• Materials handling.
• Making left over summary in excel.
• Production coordination stitching & finishing.
• Coordinate with merchandisers deals & manager.
• Making order of trims & stock to deliver order to production.
• Deliver trims time to time to production and making a record.
• Receipt of incoming goods.
• Storage and preservation.

Responsible for overseeing the production processes of Garments Accessories Factory.

• Meet the daily, weekly and monthly production target.
• Forecasting the daily, weekly and monthly production quantity.
• Provide Guideline to the subordinates.
• Update the management the production status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
