I have 14+ Years of experience in the field of I-T out of which 5 Years in Management and 2 years in implementing and handling Security solutions and mitigate risk in the institute. I have done my ITIL v 4 I-T service management certification which gives a framework how to handle customer complaints which i have implemented centrally in the region which gives us a holistic view of the complaints and their resolution TAT.
Presently working as Head Of IT (Sindh) Province in National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and managing 10 Hospitals and 33 Chest Pain Units. i have been working in this institute since 2017-May.
I have done my Masters from Virtual University of Pakistan in IT follow up with 3 Year Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE) from APTECH, Microsoft Certifications MCP in IT Infrastructure and Software Development also I am ITIL v4 certified. I Have also done CISM (Certified Information Security Management),
