Led OTL requirement gathering; authored the BRD (v1.2, 44 requirements) and requirement-gathering questionnaire, and ran CRP walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
Configured OTL end-to-end: Time Attributes, Value Sets, Layout Components, Layout Sets, Time Entry Profiles, and Worker Time Processing Profiles.
