Responsible for daily store operation, Business development through new sales strategy and by successfully implementation of innovative ideas for the sale.
- Monitoring product availability levels throughout the day and replenish stocks to ensure 100%
availability.
- Planning & Driving promotions of the products according to the customer’s profile, buying trends and competitive information to drive the business.
Ensuring all corporate and local regulations and procedures are met and compiled with.
- Guiding the Sales Staff in terms of product displays, product highlight areas, positioning of signage
POS, layout plans etc.
- Maintaining the hygiene of the store as per the company policy.
- Monitoring and reviewing store performance on a regular daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensuring the discrepancy is credited for the sort delivered and damaged items in terms of accounting.
- Conducting physical stock count for the perfection of the stock movement and analyzing the result for the future perfection in terms of inventory count.
- Ensuring that all the security measures & checks happening accurately, and frequent spot checks is happening in the receiving area, playing special role in checkout area to have a better control in shrinkage.
- Managing the Smooth Operation, customer connect initiatives Minimizing Billing Errors &
Maximizing Billing Speed for Customer Satisfaction.
