Work site inspection on a daily basis.
Assure that all employees followed work permit procedures.
Conducting weekly safety meetings, safety awareness, and the latest safety issues of workers.
Establish and communicate safety rules and standards to all contractors.
HSE Induction, Employees Training, and Record Keeping.
Preparing Safety programs/Safety plans for the project.
Preparing monthly safety statistics.
Preparing daily report & weekly report.
Preparing daily observation reports.
Investigations of accidents and near misses/ incidents.
Developing & and implementing behavioral-based safety programs.
Maintaining safety logbook, responding as per the client complaints.
Responsible for coordinating regulatory programs and their application and helping support the compliance process.
Attending Minutes of Meetings with Clients and Sub Contractors.

Assisting in the establishment of overall HSE Procedures Standards and policies for the company.
