I am a very good team player i showed this quality when working as part of a team at my time in More Than insurance. Being a mother of 5 children i have learnt to be patient under stressful circumstances and able to think in a calm manner when dealing with stress. I have worked for British car auctions before being made redundant as a result of coronavirus, working in a busy office environment i am able to work quickly and efficiently providing a excellent service by being able to work well in a team and on my own when needed.
I am able to make effective decisions quickly this was the case when we had to decide on best ways to deal with complaints when managers where unavailable. Being able to drive and having my own car means i am flexible, independent and my timekeeping is great as i do not have to rely on anyone. I enjoy working as it gives me a sense of independence.
I am always looking ways to improve my work role by taking any chance to do training or courses I aspire to be the best i can at my role, eg when i worked at bca at the beginning my role was just on the main counter but by looking at how my colleagues worked and learning my line manager asked me if I would like to join the cash office after only 3 months at the office. Unfortunately this was not possible due to coronavirus restrictions.
