In my role as a Digital Communication and Media Officer, hired by The World Bank to work with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, I have spent over four years working across key departments such as the Chief Minister Secretariat, Finance Department and Health Department. I directed numerous digital campaigns from initial planning through execution and evaluation, leading a diverse team of over twenty professionals funded by the World Bank, UNDP and WHO.
My tenure included notable projects like an initiative to increase National Identity Card registrations among women of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which resulted in a significant 12% increase. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in boosting provincial revenue through digital campaigns for the KP Revenue Authority, which saw an annual revenue growthfrom 10 billion to over 30 billion rupees in just three years.
Before this, I worked with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police as a Communication and Media Specialist, where I founded their digital media wing. I focused on enhancing awareness about driving regulations and highlighting the police's efforts to improve service delivery and public image.
In the private sector, I served as the Digital Marketing Lead for Daily AAJ, where I established their digital presence and managed campaigns involving interviews and podcasts with key figures.
Most recently, I contributed to the Sehat Card, Social Health Protection Initiative (SHPI), a major project worth 32 billion rupees annually, aimed at providing universal healthcare insurance to over 40 million people. My role involved crafting and implementing communication strategies to increase public awareness and engagement with this critical program.
