Process Operator – Crystallization (DMH – Dextrose Monohydrate Plant)

• Operate and monitor crystallizers for the production of Dextrose Monohydrate (DMH) using controlled cooling crystallization.
• Perform crystal seeding to promote uniform crystal growth and achieve the required product quality.
• Monitor and control critical process parameters, including temperature, cooling rate, slurry level, and agitator operation.
• Conduct routine field inspections of crystallizers, pumps, valves, and associated process equipment.
• Identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting process deviations to maintain stable plant operation.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream process units to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Record and maintain accurate operational logs, process data, and shift reports.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations while maintaining product quality and production targets.
