Turnover & Final Settlement.

To build up Employees competence through Training, Job rotation,

Counseling and Task force assignments.

To supervise Salary / Wages of Employees.

To minimize absentee and take disciplinary action including Charge Sheet/

Show Cause notice, Suspension notice, Inquiry and punishment with

Consultation to the Management.

As Mess in charge to Manage/Handle daily Mess Menu and all activities of the Mess.

To manage Floriculture and all Gardens of the factory and farms.

To handle grievances and dispute of workers.

To viable negotiations with CBA Union on various issues.

To make appropriate arrangements for the visiting delegations.

To manage all Transport matters including regular maintenance of company vehicles with the schedule approved by the Management.

To keep liaison with ESSI, EOBI, PTCL, SUI Gas, WAPDA, Civil Defense &

Labor department.

To deal all matters of Social Security, EOBI, Group Life Insurance, WPPF,

Marriage Grant, Death Grant, Talent Scholarship.

To Coordinate ISO activities with Staff members.

To Supervise Security arrangements and Safety measures.

To manage the House keeping through which ensures very neat and clean environment in the factory premises.

To arrange publishing of vacancies, arrangements of interview and hiring of personnel for different posts.

Familiar with relevant laws applicable to industrial units.

Other miscellaneous work assigned by the management.
