currently i am working with a chinese in sukkur as an HR Assistant where I maintained employee records manage employee data and documents I also help in hiring proess such as pre-joining and induction and also help my team during payroll in which I check employees attendance and calculate overtime hours as per the company policy.
I have done my BBA with the specialization in HRM from Sukkur IBA university in which I have Learned about many things like talent aquisition, training techniques and compensation and benefits, performance management and conflict management during my specialization.
