Parallel to my technical responsibilities, I managed diverse administrative functions focusing on organizational efficiency, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. This role involved strategic planning and operational oversight to support project development, governmental relations, and internal administration. 

Office & Facility Administration

• I supervised all aspects of office administration, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations. I ensured that office supplies and equipment were procured within the allocated budgets, maintaining cost-effectiveness while supporting daily operations. I organized and managed facility-related activities such as renovations, recycling programs, and office space upgrades to foster a conducive work environment.

Fleet & Logistics Management

• Managing the country-wide fleet of vehicles and motorcycles was central to this role. I oversaw maintenance schedules, operational efficiency, and resource deployment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal utilization. I monitored Fuel management, coordinated repairs, and implemented vehicle safety protocols to reduce costs and maximize operational productivity.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Leading a team of four administrative staff members, including Procurement Officer, Admin Officer, Senior Driver, and Driver, I fostered a culture of efficiency, compliance, and motivation. I provided regular training, defined clear responsibilities, and monitored performance metrics to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Legal & Visa Administration

• I coordinated visa arrangements, work permits, and legal documentation for both visitors and staff members, streamlining processes like Visa on Arrival. This proactive management minimized administrative delays and facilitated seamless international interactions.

Project Support & Land Negotiations

• Participating actively in the pre-development and planning phase of projects, I supported land acquisition processes, land contract negotiations, and entitlement procedures. I conducted site visits for negotiations, inspections, and project assessments, providing vital input to planning and execution.

Financial & Procurement Oversight

• Monitoring expenditures across multiple domains, I oversaw procurement activities for fuel, maintenance, supplies, and equipment. I ensured adherence to budgets, negotiated favorable terms with suppliers, and implemented cost-saving measures without compromising quality or compliance.

Warehouse & Supply Chain

• Managing warehouse operations, I established best practices for inventory management, safety protocols, and team performance. I coordinated logistics activities to ensure timely availability of materials, supplies, and equipment, vital for smooth project execution.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Maintaining productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and transport agencies was a core element of my function. I engaged in negotiations, performance reviews, and contract renewals, fostering trust and transparency.

Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement

• I actively contributed to strategic planning through involvement in project pre-development, budgeting, and policy development. Regular performance monitoring and process evaluations led to continuous improvements, efficiency gains, and strengthened compliance.
  1. Manager Commercial Power (Utility Compliances) Rectification and High Bill Reconciliation:

In my capacity as Manager Commercial Power, I was entrusted with the comprehensive management of approximately 8,500 cell tower sites across the nation, a crucial element in maintaining uninterrupted telecom services and optimizing financial performance.

Site Management & Electrical Infrastructure Oversight

• I supervised the maintenance, rectification, and optimal functioning of electrical appliances at all sites. This entailed rigorous oversight of lease agreements and lease payments, ensuring contractual obligations were met without delays. I coordinated regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. My role involved detecting electrical faults, coordinating repairs with vendors, and ensuring preventive maintenance of transformers and WAPDA equipment, thereby reducing downtime and operational risks.

Billing & Financial Analysis

• I spearheaded efforts to integrate all sites into the Advanced Billing System (ABS). This entailed ongoing monthly reporting, detailed analysis of high-billing sites, and proactive measures to address discrepancies, thereby improving billing accuracy. I generated comprehensive monthly billing reports for WAPDA, encompassing analysis of BTS sites, BSC, and MSC components, and I led corrective actions to resolve billing anomalies swiftly.

Power Supply & Vendor Coordination

• A key responsibility was ensuring uninterrupted power supply through effective coordination with WAPDA across the country. I managed the timely restoration of commercial power, facilitated new power connections, and expedited site rollouts. This involved negotiation and coordination for demand note (DN) issuance, which helped in reducing fuel costs and speeding up project timelines.

Monitoring & Compliance

• I maintained meticulous records of all WAPDA documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies such as NEPRA, Electric Inspectorates of Punjab, Sindh, AJK, KP, and the Ministry of Power. Regular site inspections were conducted for project execution, equipment replacement, and safety conformity. Safety audits and environmental health programs formed an integral part of my strategic oversight, minimizing risks and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Power Monitoring & Maintenance

• To optimize power consumption and ensure site uptime, I monitored transformers and WAPDA equipment diligently. I coordinated maintenance activities with vendors to resolve faults promptly, reducing operational delays and improving network reliability. Monthly meter readings and follow-up activities ensured accurate billing, aligned with power consumption patterns.

Regulatory & Safety Standards

• I oversaw a team responsible for safety audits, site inspections, and environmental compliance initiatives. This involved regular assessments, safety training sessions, and risk mitigation practices aligned with regulatory standards, fostering a safety-conscious culture across all sites.
