I have completed my PhD at the Academy of Scientific Innovation and Research (AcSIR) in Delhi, India. During the course of my PhD tenure, I published five papers in various reputable scientific journals. As a Junior Research Fellow, I studied the changes in the metabolomic profiles of Picrorhiza kurroa, a Himalayan medicinal plant, under cold and freezing stress.

As a senior research fellow, I have mapped out the transcriptome profile of P. Kurroa under cold and freezing stress conditions and characterised cold-stress specific CBF/DREB1 genes. I am well-versed in research and data analysis, technical and creative writing, editing, communication, and collaboration in the scientific arena.
