My research interests are mainly related to the modeling, simulation and testing of multi-physics problems, especially in the field of MEMS.
I have developed a strong background in Engineering Mechanics and multi-physics modeling using Mathematica, COMSOL and ANSYS.
-Reduced Order Modeling (ROM) and simulations for mechanical/multi-physics MEMS Problems; statics and dynamics, linear and nonlinear.
-Finite Elements (FE) modeling and simulations for mechanical/multi-physics problems; statics and dynamics, eigenvalue analysis, in-plane and out of plane modal analysis, residual stress analysis of fabricated MEMS.
-Mathematical Modeling of linear and nonlinear MEMS resonators under linear and nonlinear actuating forces.
-Testing of MEMS using laser doppler vibrometer; modeshapes, linear and nonlinear responses, frequency sweeps
Mathematica: Reduced Order Modeling (ROM) based on Galerkin Method.
COMSOL Multiphysics/ANSYS: multi-physics modeling, modal analysis, static analysis.
