Oversee and Coordinate the work of Construction Crews and contractors to Ensure that construction projects are completed on time, with in budget and to the required quality Standards
Permit-to-Work (PTW) System: Obtain, review, and implement work permits
Risk Assessment: Conduct on-the-spot Task Risk Assessments (TRA) to identify and mitigate risks
Site Inspections: Regularly inspect the work site to ensure personnel are following safety protocols and using the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Incident Reporting: Promptly report all incidents, accidents, and near-misses and assist in their investigation
Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and ensure all workers know the emergency plan
Safety Culture: Actively promote a positive safety culture and intervene to correct unsafe acts or conditions
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety check lists, inspection reports, and incident reports
Compliance: Ensure work adheres to company policies and all relevant HSE regulations
