Hello, Dr.
Shahid is my name, and I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. I am a fourth-year postgraduate resident in neurology at one of the largest public tertiary care hospitals in the nation, which is also connected to a medical school. Serving humanity and assisting people around me in disease prevention and treatment is what I'm most passionate about.
I enjoy making PowerPoint presentations and playing cricket since it keeps me physically active. After receiving my degree, I also obtained my ECFMG certification and passed the USMLE USA examination. Additionally, I passed both the MRCP Part 1 and Part 2 tests.
I currently have a valid OET report card as well as an active IMC registration. I have more than 5 years of extensive experience working in a clinical context, This involves working in crowded emergency rooms and performing life-saving procedures, including endotracheal intubation, passing CVP lines, etc.
In addition, part of my duties include working in outpatient settings, where we visit many patients each day—often hundreds. In addition, I conduct thorough examinations and gather detailed histories from patients who are admitted to the ward. I then provide treatment options and go over them with my on-call consultants.
In the end, I would like to think of myself as a doctor who collaborates with other healthcare teams, provides competent care, ensures patient safety, and is knowledgeable and skilled.
