- To ensure office premises should be maintain & clean properly.
- Maintain 3 branches Quetta, Samli & Loralai.
- Manage 11 vehicle retails out going deliveries and manage cash in office on daily basis.
- Keep update and inform seniors both at branch and W/House's of 3 branches Inventory related matters and seek necessary help and resolve.
- All expenses manage on daily basis and claim from H.O
- Compile 3 branches budget for every next year.
- Reporting to sales operations for all administrative and functional responsibilities however must follow SOPs related to finance matters as communicated from time to time.
- To respond all queries, in respect of branch accounting functions on timely basis to Finance Department.
- For finance matters must report to HO finance coordinator for any deviation or issue in implementing SOPs.
- Adhere to any other responsibility/assignment given by Management.
- Manage sales team & Supply chain staff's issue related HR department.
- Compile attendance records with leave all staff including 3pl staff.
- Maintenance of Fix & Movable assets and updating of detail on monthly basis.
- To check and ensure Best Warehousing Practices at branch level, Manage FEFO practices.
- To keep close eye on stock traceability and maintain it
- 20% Physical taking on daily basis in City W/House & 100% physical taking on weekly.
- 100% Physical taking 2 times in a month at Samli W/House.
- 100% Physical taking 1 time in a month at Loralai W/House
- Compile RDC (re-distribution cost) on monthly basis and acknowledge all companies Sub distributor in Baluchistan
- Maintain City (retail) & sub distributors expired stock and claim from Principle (Nestle Pakistan)
- To ensure that all SOPs' related to warehouse should be followed and implemented
