Answer, address, and route calls on the switchboard/ IP Phone. (Having excellent oral and communication skills).
Greet customers and visitors/ Dawn Raid/ Law enforcement authorities. Manage meeting and conference room usage. Using the Public Address (P.A.) loudspeaker system as needed to call for people and make announcements.
First Aid trained for female employees. Updating of employee list/ names, and telephone numbers. Updating of Emergency contact numbers. Reservation/follow-up of hotel/ car rentals. Testing/ checking of CMT conference number.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
