• Manage whole team comprised of 16 Members at Site
• Maintain good and fair relationships with higher authorities in NZT Head Office
• Deploy the staff at their duties
• Spot checking making Hard Reports
• Staff Support and Trouble Shooting
• Meetings with District Health Authorities, District Civil Services as well as the District Police Authorities on monthly and Quarterly Basis
• Convey Quarterly Achievement Report in all over the District
• Retain the staff on work place
• Check of Hard as well as Soft record and keep it updated
