Having started my career in Customer Services, I have developed myself into a solid HR professional over the course of more then 12 years, and am still keen to push the boundaries of my learning. With an in-depth exposure in diverse industries, I have also seen first-hand impact of industry dynamics and culture on HR’s overall service delivery.
My experience in critical HR areas such as Employee Engagement permit me to integrate strategy with culture, designing tools and systems to facilitate delivery on business objectives. Having worked in Industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecommunications and Energy, I have a clear understanding of the parallels that are required to keep HR proactive in a fast-moving, high stress environment. Having an MBA in Human Resources from one of the prestigious universities on Pakistan, I have also qualified some certifications including Certified Trainer, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), Certified Coach. In addition to these certifications I have attended a lot of trainings which have helped me enhance my functional expertise which include Job Evaluation (Mercer Method), Organizational Design & Development (CIPD), Instructional Design using E-Learning platforms
