- 100% compliance to maintain all ISO related documents on daily basis
- Zero tolerance for production stoppage due to ineffective Preventive Maintenance schedule implementation
- Maintain 90% score in 5s audit
- Respond to emergency situations in order to resolve issues on an immediate basis
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC system
- Order any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or install as needed
- Ensure availability of all items needed for project
- Replace faulty or expired parts in an Utility system
