I have served as communication officer in Metro Bus Service (Transport Company) In the last five years. It’s been amazing to work in a challenging and dynamic sector every day. I handle operational activities in control room, control communication activity, communication with field supervisors and gave them problem solutions.
I make sure implementation of Service Level Agreement. Inform PMA (Punjab Mass Transit Authority) regarding any activity of buses i.e. breakdown incident or curtailment and diversions. Also generate KMZ report on google earth and provide them to operation managers.
