As a clinical nutritionist at Hameed Latif Hospital, I had the opportunity to work with 200 patients, providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, conducting focused physical examinations, and developing personalized diet plans tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, I conducted nutrition education sessions to empower patients with the knowledge and skills necessary to make healthy food choices and monitored their progress over time. I also collected 24-hour dietary recalls to gain insight into patients' eating habits and make appropriate recommendations for dietary improvements.
Through these efforts, I aimed to optimize the nutritional status and overall health of each patient under my care.
