DEPUTY MANAGER CONTACT CENTER SERVICES
Managing and delivering HBL Contact center technology (VoIP) in below domains: New Projects Operations Support Upgrade Contact Center Avaya Applications including ACR, WFM, CM, SMGR SM, AEP, AES. Managing 24/7 Call center operations support and team. Plan and deliver call center applications patches and other support activities Schedule and deliver quarterly preventive and system hygiene maintenance activity of call center applications.
