Sidra Iqbal

I'm Sidra Iqbal. I'm from Lahore, Pakistan. I recently graduated from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. I completed two internships and now I am doing a job in AKM Geotechnical as a lab In-charge and also an Administrative.

I have gained diverse experience across both technical and administrative domains. My background includes serving as a Geotechnical Laboratory In-Charge and Office Administrator at AKM Geotechnical, where I supervised laboratory operations, prepared test reports, and managed project documentation. I also completed internships at NESPAK and the Directorate General of Mines and Minerals, Punjab, where I learned to prepare landslide inventories, perform GIS-based mapping, and compile technical reports.

Additionally, my role in The Quest School strengthened my management and accounting skills. Through these experiences, I have developed strong technical, analytical, and organizational abilities essential for geological and geotechnical engineering practice.

I completed my Bachelor of Geological Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, with a CGPA of 3.319. My studies focused on Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering, covering key subjects such as soil mechanics, foundation engineering, engineering geology, GIS, and hydrogeology. This academic background equipped me with strong analytical, field, and laboratory skills essential for geotechnical investigations, soil quality assessment, and environmental evaluations.
