• Ensure the functionality of security tools including SIEM, EDR, and EPP
• Perform daily system checks to confirm operational status and address any issues
• Review emails for overnight alerts, notification, and updates from security and external sources
• Stay updated on new threats and ongoing incidents
• Continuously monitoring the SIEM dashboard for triggered alerts, identifying unusual pattern and behaviors
• Conduct initial triage and deep-dive analysis of alerts to determine the validity and severity
• Document true positive incidents and create detailed tickets for incident management
• Review daily IOCs from Vendor and corelate with internal data
• Escalate relevant IOCs an corelate with SOC and IT teams for prompt action
• Compile weekly reports summarizing security incidents, alerts and IOCs handled
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for post-incident analysis and future reference
