Manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair of OPPO mobile devices.
Provide technical support to customers, either in-
person or over the phone, to troubleshoot and resolve issues with their devices.
Keep track of inventory levels for parts and supplies needed for repairs, and order new supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions in the service centre's database.
Train new technicians and provide ongoing training and support to existing staff.
Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of repairs.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to resolve complex technical issues.
Ensure that all repairs are performed in compliance with OPPO's quality standards,
guidelines and procedures.
Continuously evaluate the performance of the service centre and provide recommendations for improvement to the management team.
Conduct regular audits to ensure that the service centre is compliant with safety, health and environmental regulations.
Ensure that all equipment, tools and testing devices are maintained and calibrated regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition.
Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the service centre has access to the latest equipment, tools and supplies needed to perform repairs.
Provide technical advice and support to other departments within the organization, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that they have accurate and up-to-date information on the product.
