Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete export process from start to finish
• Strong understanding of import and export industry, including documentation procedures
• Maintain professional communication and coordination with key stakeholders including:

o Sea freight carriers o Co-loaders o Truckers o Customs brokers o Other service providers

• Arrange transport/shipping documentation and supervise the scheduling and dispatching of goods while monitoring their movement
• Complete shipments and documentation for overseas buyers such as ZARA, MANGO, LPP, Splash and Aeropostale
• Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse and logistics to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate with customs agents to ensure all necessary documentation is in place prior to shipment
• Work with Nomination Forwarder agents to guarantee all documentation is properly organized before shipment
• Experienced in handling LCL and FCL shipments, including export consolidations
• Prepare commercial documents in accordance with Letters of Credit, including:

o Commercial invoices o Bills of lading o Airway bills o Certificates of origin o GSP certificates o Export packing lists

• Ensure timely dispatch of bank to bank documents to overseas buyers.

MBA in Supply chain management
