- Identify and utilize existing community structures/committees and community-based organizations to create demand for routine immunization services and address refusals within communities
- Conduct orientation sessions with communities to sensitize men, women, youth and caregivers on TB control program objectives and treatment compliance importance
- Regular visits of index HH for verbal screening, identification of presumptive cases for further screening
- Facilitate TB presumptive cases to the nearest screening facility and also establish coordination with the BMU/TB control program team
