• Research and monitor upcoming tenders on E-PADS, BPPRA, Ppra.org, and other procurement platforms.
• Contribute to the preparation of deviation justifications and technical clarification responses.
• Maintain organized bid files, track submission deadlines, and support document version control.
• Learn procurement procedures, tendering regulations, and compliance requirements under senior guidance.
• Support communication with clients and procurement offices regarding bid clarifications and status updates.
