- Manage and reconcile all inward feeding and outward gate passes.
- Perform daily ERP data entry utilizing Fabric Management System (FMS) and Inventory Management System (IMS).
- Maintain accurate records for all outward (returnable & non-returnable) gate passes.
- Track and log company vehicle movements (IN/OUT) within the ERP system.
- Manage the receipt and distribution of all incoming factory couriers.
- Oversee weight scaling operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Supervise the processing, verification, and technical correction of worker daily attendance logs.
- Welcome and greet factory visitors, verify their credentials, and maintain complete physical and digital logs of their check-in and check-out times in the system.
