An enthusiastic self-starter with strong leadership and communications skills in IT Project Management & Production Support for Digital Banking; proven academic and curricular achievements; possess the right technical and soft skills required to propel the organization achieving its goals.
-To devise strategy and technology plans for Digital Banking Products & Services, digitization of Banking Services delivery model, coordinating and ensuring successful implementation, administration, product technical development and systems integrations.
-Providing opportunities to exercise leadership & management skills to supervise team.
-Principally responsible for technical aspects of JS Bank Mobile Banking & Internet Banking Services availability, improvisations, development & project & change lifecycles.
-Integrations with IBM Integration Bus, Middleware, SDKs integration and other interfacing options for providing services
-Focal point for effectively handling of various State Bank’s initiated Projects including RAAST P2P, Debit Card Management from Digital Channels and upgrading Internet Banking / Mobile Banking.
-Responsible for Team Development, Resource Planning, Budgeting & it’s effective utilization.
-Implementing ETL process from existing / new data sources, monitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changes, Defining data retention policies. Conducting due diligence for selection of new technology / system / integration interface with respect to Business Team’s / Bank’s requirements.
-Propose senior management for adaption of new technology or advancement in existing technology. Make decisions in line with the management’s vision
-Act as a spearhead for ATM card processing
-Liaison with all the stake holders responsible to look after the card project by aggressive follow up and timeline driver environment
-Proactive support for the technical challenges and urgent requirements
