Talha Afzal

I am Talha Afzal, a dedicated GIS Analyst at NESPAK (Pvt.) Limited, Lahore, with a strong academic background in Space Science from the University of the Punjab, Lahore. My expertise lies in Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Climate Studies, and Earth Sciences.

With hands-on experience in industry-leading geospatial tools such as ArcMap 10.8, ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, Erdas Imagine, Global Mapper and Google Earth Engine(GEE), I specialize in satellite image processing, geospatial analysis, and developing data-driven solutions for real-world environmental and infrastructural challenges. I frequently integrate Python programming into my work for automation, spatial data visualization, and geoprocessing.

Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to knowledge sharing and public engagement. I organize and lead intellectual discussions through The Enlightenment Club (TEC) at Punjab University, focusing on Islam, geopolitics, and critical thought.

Driven by the vision of making the world better through my spatial expertise, my long-term goal is to integrate technology, knowledge, and ethics to bring meaningful change at both community and global levels.
