Working as Principal ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics - D365) - SYSTEMS LIMITED
Interacting with clients to gain business process understanding & requirements gathering for software implementation
● Solution designing according to client business specifications
● Documentation of all requirements for fit gap analysis, FRDs, SDDs, Training Manuals
● Engaging with developers to provide understanding of required customizations/modifications
● Conducting demo sessions with client to get approval on the designed solution
● Quality assurance and testing of the customizations in the software
● Basic system configurations as per client’s business needs
● Carrying UAT with client and provide training to end users for configured process within the system
● Carrying Go-live and deployment quality assurance testing.
● Support to client post go-live.
