I have 9 years of hands-on experience in the ISP industry, including fiber optic networks, OLT management, project deployment, and troubleshooting of end-to-end connectivity issues for both commercial and residential projects. I have also managed technical teams and handled complete ISP infrastructure operations in fast-paced working environments. I am a hardworking and quick-learning individual who always aims to improve skills and deliver reliable solutions professionally.
